Course Description
This course is intended to equip employees from all fields and levels with the necessary business knowledge and skills needed for the work environment. This course ensures that participants have a competitive edge over others in the organizational environment which they choose to work in.

- Familiarity with Job Analysis and Job Documentation.
- Understanding the Employee Life Cycle in organizations.
- Understanding the Kuwaiti Labor Law.

Teaching Philosophy:
The teaching method will be a combination of lectures, class discussions, role plays, and assignments.
North Star Management Consultancy delivers the Business Skills Course over 16 sessions of 2.5 Hours each (A Total of 40 Hours).

Remarks:
- No more than 12 Participants are allowed in the same Class.
- Participation Grades are based on attention and contribution to class discussions.
- Absences from class will negatively affect your grade, since being absent for more than 3 sessions out of the 16 Sessions that compose the course will disqualify you from getting Attendance Certificate.
- Passing percentage for the Business Skills Course is 70%, and the first in the group will receive another Certificate of High Achievement in addition to the Attendance Certificate.
