Course Description

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic planning and management system used by organizations to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organization, improve internal and external communications, and monitor organizational performance against strategic goals. It is called a “Balanced” scorecard because it includes financial and non-financial performance measures in four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth.

This Training course aims to provide the participants with relevant knowledge on how to develop and implement a Balanced Scorecard System, and offers a comprehensive overview on many benefits an organization can extract from the Balanced Scorecard System implementation.
