Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi)
This credential certifies the mastery of the technical and operational aspects of mid-level HR professionals. A perfect choice for HR specialists to gain general knowledge in HRM in order to be well-versed in all HR functions including Total Rewards, Performance Management, and Learning and Development.
For HR professionals to be eligible to apply for PHRi Exam; they must have:
- A minimum of one year of HR experience along with a Master’s Degree, or
- A minimum of two years of HR experience along with a Bachelor’s Degree, or
- A minimum of four years of HR experience along with a High school Diploma.
North Star Management Consultancy delivers PHRi Exam Preparation Course over 24 session of 3.5 Hours each (A Total of 84 Hours).
PHRi Exam has 170 questions to be answered within 3 Hours and 15 Minutes and covers the following topics:
