Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi)

This credential is intended for senior-level HR Professionals who seek to solidify their credibility in strategic Human Resource Management and to lead the HR function at their organizations.

For HR professionals to be eligible to apply for SPHR exam; they must have:

  • A minimum of four years of HR experience along with a Master’s Degree, or
  • A minimum of five years of HR experience along with a Bachelor’s Degree, or
  • A minimum of seven years of the HR experience along with a High School Diploma

North Star Management Consultancy delivers SPHRi Exam Preparation Course over 24 sessions of 3.5 Hours each (A Total of 84 Hours)

SPHRi exam has 130 questions to be answered within 2 Hours and 30 Minutes and covers the following topics:
