Organizational Certification Program – Workplace Wellness, based on ISO 45003:2021 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems – Psychological Health and Safety at Work – Guidelines for managing Psychological Risks, was designed to recognize those organizations that have demonstrated duty of care to its workforce. This could be achieved by providing a work environment that supports the health and wellbeing of employees by implementing a process of continual improvement that identifies, measures, and responds to the unique critical risk factors most influencing workplace wellness within the organization, and effectively manages these in a way that positively impacts workers.
